Psychological Therapy
Marissa provides individual assessment and evidence-based therapy to adults (18+) who present with a broad range of mental health issues.

Marissa tailors her psychological approach to each individual's unique needs. Her foundational method involves attentive listening to thoroughly understand each client's psychological issues and treatment goals. She then integrates this understanding with relevant research on effective practices, drawing upon her training in modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
